... an old grapevine wreath, leftover black grill spray paint, vintage surgical gauze (tea stained) and a few newer embellishments - VoilĂ ... a Halloween Wreath! 5 nights until Halloween ... are YOU ready?
Gonna jump on my broom and head over to PPF, although the above 'technically' doesn't qualify for a PPF share, I did 'paint it' ... kinda :) I'll make up for it next week!
Happiest of Halloweens to all!
That wreath is fabulous... I so wish we celebrated Halloween over here but it really isn't a big deal... maybe I should make a wreath like this and pretend ...xx
ReplyDeleteAwesome wreath, love the mini skeletons!
ReplyDeleteWe do not really celebrate Halloween, either, though it is sort of starting to get popular to have costume parties and Halloween decorations. Kids would love it, but in Finland kids (used traditionally, not so much anymore) to go trick or treating before Easter, when they are dressed as Easter witches. :)
I love this!! Halloween is becoming much more of a big deal over here than when I was a kid but still nowhere near as huge as it is in the States. I don't tend to bother with it but if I did then I would want a wreath like that hanging on my door!
ReplyDeleteLoving your spooky Halloween wreath, great decorations. Happy PPF, Annette x
ReplyDeleteAn enthusiastic contribution to PPF. Not into spooks and such myself but I appreciate the work you put into this.
ReplyDeletePaint is paint! Love this wreath, if I lived in a neighborhood with any Halloween visitors, I'd have one of these in a heartbeat.
ReplyDeleteGreat wreath! I still need to find mine from last year. (My plans to make one sadly by the wayside...)

ReplyDeletemine didn't really count as a PPF share either (i made paper clips and slapped some markers on jeans) but that's what i love about this group -- they are wonderfully permissive and always willing to give us a pass on our off-paint weeks! :D
