Remember my POST from back in April about the vintage chair that I was going to repurpose into garden art? Promised you I'd share pics when it made it to the garden. Well here she is brightening up the front yard garden hugging my Variegated Maiden Grass (Miscanthus sinensis).

playing with my photos ...
it will even look good in the Fall ...

think twice before you throw it away :)

  1. You must be proud and happy for the way this chair turned out because it's a wonderful addition to your garden.

  2. I love your chair and the way you re-purposed it!! You are very talented!
I, like you, enjoy taking old things or discarded things and giving them a new lease on their so called 'life'. Nothing should ever be discarded like trash especially our feelings and thoughts and desires. Unless of course it's a funny green color and lives in our fridge :)

    Have a great week creating!

  3. I love the idea of re-purposed art. And your vintage chair is beautiful.

  4. Wonderful re-purposed chair, it looks fab in your garden. Happy PPF, Annette

  5. Oh how fun! I love chairs in the garden. I don't have one in the garden like yours, but sure would like to try it. Great job. Happy weekend to you.

  6. Talk about fun, I love what you did with your chair! Fantastic! Happy PPF!

  7. Love it! I am a freak for whimsy and this makes the mark for me! Good refurbish! I am about to paint
four chairs for my table in the near future! This wonderful inspiration!

    Hugs Giggles

  8. I love your new garden feature. What a great summer project that will last throughout the year.

  9. What a clever use of the chair. Love the design you created on it. Belated HAPPY PPF wishes!

  10. Love it... you really shouldn't be working at a call center :)

thx for the note! i do appreciate your time!
